*Call to Order
In Attendance: Dan Nugent, Brian Milliken, Nicole Taravella, Kim Conway, Daniel Ramsey, Kyle Gracey, Andrew Gandia, Ben Levinn, Paul Sotherland, Carlos Lazo.
Officer Reports:
Presidential Schpiel-
*Last Semesters Officer Reports, turn them in!
SVP-
*Any interest in a Habitat Service Project for the week of sectionals?
MVP-
*Overnighter November 17-18
*Location will be known by the end of the week.
*BBLB Tuesday 9pm Sage 2701 and 2707
*Bigs will be notified tonight
*Candle passing Friday at 7 in the JEC lounge
*PRB chair is neededb
*Brotherhood week Nov 27-dec 3

*Thursday 7 pm there will be a risk night
*Wallace and Grommit with cave on Friday

*Assembling at 9:55 sharp EST
*1:50 minute trip
*5 hour stay

Old Business
*Dedicated individuals for planning next sectionals will be weds at 8 pm
*10 dedicated individuals for the conference chairships by the next brotherhood meeting
*Amendment to the bylaws for Historian will be posted in the office tonight
*Emergency Contact Info, should we bring it to events?
*How do we contact the family if there is a problem?
*A privacy issue.
*In order for charter reaffirmation the chapter must deal with this issue.
*There is definitely a need for some emergency contact info at the project in order to assure the ability to contact next of kin
*Possibility of giving brothers an opportunity to add pertinent medical info to the emergency contact sheet.
*Possibility of having an individual on campus to have the contact info.
*The emergency contact info seems to be the best alternative presented for the problem.
