E-Comm. Meeting 11-27-2005
Attendance: James Knauer, Sasha Hills, Nicole Taravella, Erica Sherman, Kim Conway, Dan Ramsey, Kyle Gracey, Brian Milliken, Andrew Gandia, Ben Levin, Paul Sotherland, Chris Goldsmith, Dan Nugent, Amy Goldblatt

Presidential Schpiel:
*Officer Reports are still due
*NomCom lists have all been received, those on it will be notified tonight and a time for this week will be set
SVP:
*Frear Park this weds. 10:30 AM
*we will be trailblazing around the perimeter of the golf course

MVP:
*Brotherhood week this week
*Use this as an opportunity to get to know pledges
*End of Brotherhood week

Treasurer:
*Proposal of the budget for next semester (further discussion in old business)
RecSec:

*If running for an e-comm. position, an article is due next Monday
Historian:
*Signature book is done

Old Business:
*Explanation of Budget
*No unbudgeted expenses this time
*the “other” category is back
*The computer category is for a router/server
*Books will be closed on the last day of classes
*If the new budget is approved, the Party Fund will become FVP budget and coke in the fridge will go into general treasury
*There is a proposed budget of $60 for pins for next semester

*Proposed Amendment
*Article 8 section 1
*essentially states that changes to treasury policy can be approved by e-comm brotherhood
*Standing Rule
*Transfer of responsibility for e-mail list updates from CorSec to RecSec
