March 12

Brothers/Pledges in Attendance:
Aaron, Erica, Michelle, Paul, Jim, Shaun, Dan N., Kyle, David P., Kim, Dave, Tommy, Adam, Ben, James, Jacob, Dan R., Sasha, Charlie, J.J., Matt

Convened way later than it should have been…

President: The new calendar is out! Yay! Pick a copy up at the office.

SVP:
1.Thanks for coming to the local cleanup project.
2.Some upcoming events: on 3/26 we will help set up for an auction run by the Rensselaer Boys’/Girls’ Club. Also, on 4/1, there will be a Habitat for Humanity project.

MVP: Negative.

FVP:
1.Check the calendar and email for upcoming events!
2.Paul sucks.

Treasurer: Nope.

RecSec: If you haven’t done so already, please check the Brotherhood List for any corrections that need to be made to your part…and I mean soon.

CorSec: Submissions! Give me submissions!

Historian: Niet.

SAA: The gnomes are good, and the wrench is dandy (…or so he thought…).

OM: (Still in hiding.)

Old Business:
1.The next-generation Copy Card Policy was amended and voted upon (passed). The policy is listed below:
a.Two copy cards will be controlled by the President and Treasurer. They are responsible for refilling cards when empty.
b.Both cards will be kept on the treasurer's board for use by those holding a budget only.
c.The President or Treasurer may approve other users of the cards for fraternity operations.
d.All those making copies will mark the number of copies made on the sheet on the treasury board.
e.Any lost copy card should be reported to the President or Treasurer immediately.
f.If a person loses a card, the value of the remaining copies on the card will be deducted from the losing person's CD.
2.There are new, awesome forums on the website! It is REQUIRED (guideline style) that business for meeting agendas be posted here. Additionally, it is highly desirable that discussion about business occur on the forums before meetings. See Ben with any suggestions.
3.Office Key List! Wait…no…
4.A new LAF policy is in place: people must sign out to take LAF items (item #, name, & signature). A sheet has been designated for this purpose.

New Business: The “biweekly” clause regarding the publication of the newsletter has been suspended from the Bylaws. Seeing as how we don’t know why it got to be there…

Announcements:
1.Congrats to those brothers newly accepted into Honor Societies!
2.The LAF chair is angry…very angry. Do not disappoint him again.
3.Sweet! It’s the Digital Scrapbook!
4.Paul Sotherland can’t write.
5.Q: Why the #@!*% does he write like this?
6.A: Because he can.
7.Your penmanship sucks…

Meeting adjourned with an awesome Digital Scrapbook presentation.
