ECOM Meeting Minutes: 2/21

Brothers/Pledges in Attendance: Aaron, Jim, Shaun, Kyle, Erica, Michelle, Carlos, Dave, Paul, Ben, Josh, Brian, & Kim

Convened at 7:35 or so.

President: Overnighter will be happening two weekends from now. We will be leaving the office at 6pm on Friday, 3/4. A signup sheet is in the office.

SVP:
1. With regards to overnighter, Fed will let Jim know about such things as access to a fridge, potential exploration of the museum after-hours, and which location(s) will be available to us.
2. On Sunday, 2/27, there will be a cleanup for areas around RPI, including zones near the Rock and Treehouse (not, in fact, the Rock or Treehouse, mind you).

MVP: Awesome Pledge Meeting! Yeah!

FVP:
1. Thanks for coming to Anti-Valentine's Day and Karaoke Night; they both went well.
2. If you have reserved tickets for the hockey game (or are a pledge, in which case you are set), we will be departing from the office at 6:30 today (Friday) to head down.
3. Come to Casino Night! It's on Monday, 2/28.

Treasurer:
1. BX income was as expected. All's well.
2. Kyle plans to hold another check-writing session sometime before Spring Break. Stay on your toes'

RecSec: Read your section on the spiffy new Brotherhood List. I don't want to make corrections a second time, you know. What with hugging a tree and all that

CorSec: It's the Newsletter! Yay!

Historian: The room for the Composite will be the Shellnut Gallery.

SAA:
1. Ben's gnome minions have at last recaptured the wrench.
2. If you're going to reserve a room, tell Ben WAY in advance. Got that? Early! Okay

Old Business: Out with the old, in with the new

New Business:
1. The Poly will be interviewing Jim (or perhaps Shaun?) about the Nowotny. Sweet! :-)
2. Believe it or not, Ben really is the new Webmaster. So if there's something you'd like to see there, who you gonna call?

Announcements:
1. Good job with LAF runs last week. Let's keep it up
2. We've raised $46 for tsunami relief. Its destination will be voted upon by the brotherhood.
3. Thanks to Shaun, the "Parking Ticket Nazi" is running for MMOC.
4. Speaking of MMOC, get some people to run for it! Wait, that was badly put - not away from it - well, you know what I mean. As of the meeting, there were 4 candidates. 8 is the goal.

Adjourned sometime around 8:10. Hooray!
