Adrienne, Kim, and Shaun are going to a Panhel meeting this week. Shaun would like to change the way NomComm is run. APO usually puts a wreath on the WWII plaques at the approach for veterans' day. EZAA has offered to cover half the cost. The wreath will be put up on Thursday.

SVP: Please turn in project report forms. Upcoming service projects are cookie baking for Joseph's house on Wednesday and overnighter at camp rotary this weekend. Sign up in the office.

MVP: Study hours will be in Lally 102 on Wednesdays and Thursdays. There will be no study groups, as there was not enough interest. Brothers will be leaving for overnighter at 6pm on Friday. APO trivial pursuit will be on November 16th. Tommy will be ordering letters on Wednesday, so if you would like to order them, then let him know by Tuesday night. Voting and initiations will be on December 4th. Brotherhood week plans will be discussed at the next brotherhood meeting.

FVP: Tuesday will be casino night. Submit family feud questions. Flag football will be on the 14th, and volleyball will be on the 15th.

Treasurer: Treasury will be on Wednesday at 10am. A small fee will be charged for overnighter to cover the cabin costs. It will be less than $5 and CDs will be charged for overnighter next week. Coke-in-the fridge money does not need to be put in an envelope in the drop box.

CorrSec: The next fall sectionals will be held at St. Lois University November 4-6. Spring sectionals will be at SUNY Brockport April 1-3rd. There will be a convention pep rally for Nationals at Syracuse. A Boy Scout jamboree will be held this summer. The next section picnic will be in the Albany area. The section service coordinator will be having a thanksgiving event. Send newsletter articles to David by Tuesday.

Historian: Sasha thanked Brian and Alyssa for helping with archiving last Wednesday. Please bring cameras to events.

Old Business: A motion was made to approve an unbudgeted expense of $250 for recoring the office. The motion passed.

New Business: The theme for national service week is "building a sound body." An orienteering day will be held for Boy Scouts on November 20th and November 21st for Girl Scouts at Schodack town park at 11am. Please bring compasses, overhead sheets, and overhead markers if you have them. Sign up in the office. No prior knowledge is necessary. This project was voted on and approved by the brotherhood. The pledge class service project will be setting up a computer club for School 16. This will be 2:00-3:30 pm on a weekday and will hopefully be an ongoing project. Nationals amendments were discussed at this meeting regarding corporate endorsements, a privacy policy, the service report requirement for chapter reaffirmation, annual active membership dues, and alumni association recognition. Brothers voted on holding MMOC next semester. The motion passed and Josh will chair the project.

Announcements: Cookie baking is on Wednesday. Emily and James still need Nowotny application help. The write-ups for projects will be due in two weeks. Dave says that today is good shorts weather. Casino night is on Tuesday. One of the wrench rules is that it cannot be taken during a meeting. Michal likes cheese. Armory room cleaning is on Wednesday.
