October 3

This was not an official Ecomm meeting, as we did not reach quorum. Ecomm used the time for officer reports and brainstorming.

Brothers in attendance: Pat, Tommy, Emily, James, Shaun, Sasha, Tess

President: The EZAA weekend turned out well. Alumni came to the Food Bank and Junior Museum projects. At the meeting, Rich Vehlow was elected president, Dave Rosenstein was elected vice president, Ed Pollock was elected secretary/treasurer, Paul Lavoie was elected extension, and Christine Lazaar was voted in as member at large. Shaun will be meeting with our advisors to discuss risk management. Nationals voting delegates will be elected next week.

SVP: The Community Gardens project is this Saturday. We'll be working with FYE so you have to go to the website to sign up. There are 15 slots available. James checked into another camp called Frost Valley for overnighter. They do not currently have a service director, so it would be difficult to organize the project there. The last weekend at Chingachkook (???) is the weekend after the section service project, so James is still looking for another location. Currently three people from EZ are signed up for the section service project and six overall. PLEASE SIGN UP!! PLEEEASE!!! Nicole is chairing the Fall Fest project and will be seeing Cynthia Smith this week to get money for the apples which will be used to make candied apples.

MVP: BBLB has been moved to the 14th. Preference lists for BBLB are due by midnight on the 12th. This week the pledges are completing their scavenger hunt and starting room talks.

FVP: Chinese food night will be Tuesday in Lally 102. Apple picking is on the 13th.

Treasurer: Adrienne is planning a treasury review for the next brotherhood meeting. Treasury lessons will be on Fridays starting October 13th. Brothers have one week to pay AAMD's. If you do, please add your name to the list on the bulletin board. All CD's are positive :)

RecSec: The brotherhood list and mob chart will be updated so that the pledges' contact info. and brothers' new cell phone numbers may be added. Tess will be bringing the contact info. sheet to the next meeting, for those who have not given their information yet.

CorrSec: Newsletters will be sent out the Saturday before brotherhood meetings.

OM: The first aid kit in the office needs new supplies.

New Business: A new membership goal of seven new brothers by the end of the semester was established. Hosting regionals in 2005 was discussed.
