10/28/07 Ecom meeting

Presidents Report:

Fill out emergency contact information forms NOW!!! If you haven’t done
so already.

SVP:
Oakwood Rocked- yay for rain
Thursday there will be quilt tying from 5-7 READ your EMAILS
St Judes is a no go this semester
Pledge class project will take place on the 10th of November
Free school with Elena will take place the week after the pledge class
project on Monday and Wednesday the 12th and 14th
Card tournament will be on the 17th of November for charity

MVP:
PRB’s are wrapping up
Pledge class fundraiser happening soon, Crepe making
Letters making will happen after initiations
Tree dinner availability.

FVP:
Pledge class project 9th of November will be Tree activities (Tree vs. Tree)
Yay for volleyball-win this week
WOO HOO for Iron Chef
Halloween party on Wednesday at 7 in the JEC lounge COME AND JOIN US!!!
Denny’s run on the 6th meet and midnight in the office.

Treasurer:
Session was done on Sunday night after the meeting. If anyone is
interested in learning the Treasury position please let Sovan know so she
can train you

Newsletter was sent to alumni they loved it
Next Sunday will be the next one. Theme will be Halloween and there will
be a photo contest.
Sectionals is Nov. 2-4 sign up now!!!

Historian:

SAA:
Light in the armory has been repaired
Armory runs on Wednesday at 3pm or by appointment

OM:
Coke in the fridge run on Monday
Book inventory probably on next Sunday

Business:
Anyone interested in chainring MMOC please inform Jacob
The chair for the card tournament will be John
Nightmare before Christmas will be on Thursday 1st of November. We will
meet in the office at 9pm to head over to crossgates for the 10:15
showing. Please be on time!!!
