President report:
I-Banquet went well
Emergency info forms that everyone needs to fill out will be in the
office. These forms are not going to be publicly accessible. They are
only for emergencies and will be locked up in the office.
Calendars for events of the month of October will be in the office as
well if you did not receive the email.
SVP:
Quilt tying went well, almost completed 2 quilts
Joseph’s house had an amazing outcome and was the most organized it has
ever been, nice job everyone
Yard clean up is scheduled for Monday October 8th, please be in the
office at 1130am ready to go. Brendon is chairing this event
Cookie baking is on October 17 at 7pm, location tba. Wally and Shamus
are chairing it
Cookie selling will be on October 20th proceeds go to the children’s
museum. Sarah is chairing this event
MVP:
Anyone interested in being on the PRB board please talk to Erica
BBLB’s are going to be happening soon as well
October 24th is tree shirt making one person from each tree please
volunteer, talk to Erica as well
FVP:
Thursday of this week will be games room night in the union. Please meet
in the office at 7pm
Saturday the 6th will be Hiking, please meet in the office at 10am. We
will be walking cool trails and having a picnic style lunch.
Overnighter is the 13th so that means family feud. Please respond to
your emails
Pool party on the 19th in the 87 gym.
Treasurer:
Session will be happening in the next few days
Signing power has been changed over
Dues, please have them in by October 31st, email pending from Sovan
Rec. Sec:
Brotherhood list has been updated with the pledges on it and will be
emailed out momentarily.
Cor. Sec:
Newsletter will be coming out in the next 2 weeks the theme will be super
hero’s. please send any and all articles you can think of to Kenny.
Editorials are also welcome.
VOTE ON THE PHOTOS FROM THE LAST NEWSLETTER!!!
Historian:
Send all pictures that you have taken of brothers to Christine please
SAA:
Armory Run will be on Wednesday at 3pm. Meet in the office
If you need any rooms booked please let Emil know
OM:
CHALLENGE: If the brotherhood can keep the office desk clean for the
entire month of October, we will see what we can do about replacing the
current monitor with something a bit more up to date.
Bother Ben about the system that we are running on the office
computer….ie Linux sucks
Business:
If your LAF run is westhall, please do it, it hasn’t been done yet
DO YOUR LAF RUNS!!!!! …………do them now….please
Next brotherhood meeting we will be discussing MMOC for the spring semester.
