Aaron burned a CD with pictures from Food Bank to give to the Food Bank.
Carbon copies of Fall 2002 pledge class were found.
There are still 4 actives without active brother pages.
Last Friday Aaron, Jim, and Alyssa went to archive some things. Learn:
We don't have a separate APO archive, it becomes RPI property.
Archive is a systematic storage of documents.
We need to reorganize the archived items. It is hard for RPI to keep track of what we have.
Proposed to make this a project. Alyssa, Jim and Tess expressed interest in it.
SAA:
All keys are now accounted for.
OM:
Keep the office clean (ex. put pens back)
Don't rearrange desk or put tape on items because it leaves residue.
Don't deface items in the office.
BX inventory: Lost 2 books about $100 total. Found 5 that were previously assumed lost which totaled about $100.
DTC book sale is this Wednesday, postering for it will be Tuesday night.
Moved MOB chart, Brotherhood list, and Torch and Trefoil to Random drawer.
After some rearranging, a coat rack will be put in the inner office.
Don't use office post-its for bat notes. This costs us money that we don't have.
Suggested to leave this for alumni, but don't let them use the office post-its.
Old Business
LAF:
Postering day is Wednesday February 18 at 3:00. Also will inform secretaries of us while postering.
LAF runs will be assigned either Sunday or Monday night.
Be specific when reporting problems with the LAF program.
MMOC:
Saturday will be a general postering day.
Still need 2 more campaign managers.
T-shirt designs due in 3 weeks.
Remember that candidates will wear the shirts.
Brothers will preorder and prepay for shirts.
Possibly make the design without a year so they are reusable.
New Business
Bylaws:
Kevin Ly and David are the bylaws chairs. Looking for one or two more people.
Presented two bylaw revisions, which will be in the office and formally presented at the next brotherhood meeting.
Sectionals Registration:
Form has been received.
Alyssa will be in charge of this.
LAF Program:
LAF program should be updated so that current brothers can work on it and fix problems.
Super Bowl Party:
$100 was spent. $50 was allocated from Rush budget, $20 was given from party fund, and $32 was collected from brothers.
Proposal to pay off the full amount with Rush budget up to the rest of the budget then pay the rest from party fund. Any extra money from brothers would be reallocated to the party fund.
